Cleanliness, showers growing concern at tent city

July 26, 2019
It has now been 26 days since the Warming Room homeless shelter closed and tents began popping up across the City of Peterborough. More tents are now being spotted outside of the downtown core.
There are also growing concerns about cleanliness and lack of showers available to those living outdoors.
