Dozens gathered at Beavermead Park on Saturday for the first ever "Little Big Run" hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough The fundraiser for the organization featured both a 1 kilometre and 5 kilometre loop around the city park. Organizers say more the 70 people took part. Among participants were a number of "Bigs" and their "Littles." They're volunteers who are paired with children and mentor them, offering guidance, support and friendship. All funds raised support the Peterborough branch.
