Sûreté du Québec reminds people to be careful in water

As people take to the water for swimming, boating and water activities this construction holiday, the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) reminded people to be extra vigilant. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, the police are increasing their patrols near water to make sure that everyone is taking safety precautions.
