Pioneer condo development inching closer to reality

The plan to turn the site of the old Pioneer in the Pointe-Claire Village into a luxury condo building moves closer to reality. Many locals argue that the charming neighborhood is no place for such a development that would include a wine cellar, a private car wash and a dog spa. Global’s Shakti Langlois-Ortega reports.
