B.C.’s zebra and quagga mussel defence program starts new season

George Heyman, B.C.’s Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, says the province takes the threat of a zebra and quagga mussel infestation very seriously. He says since the mussel defence program was implemented in 2015, it has grown significantly.
