South Shore residents left stranded amid floods

People who live near the water in the South Shore’s Lery community say they’re fed up. Their street has been flooded for weeks and they claim their calls for help from the city have fallen on deaf ears. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the residents feel their plight is being ignored.
