BC Legislature receives McLachlin report on staffer spending scandal

The report concludes that legislative clerk Craig James did engage in misconduct and he has now retired. The former chief justice found no misconduct by sergeant-at-arms Gary Lenz, who remains suspended pending other investigations. Richard Zussman reports.
