Alabama governor says abortion bill ‘very difficult’, says she’ll review it thoroughly

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey commented Wednesday on the abortion bill passed in the state Senate a day earlier, saying it was a “difficult” issue and said she’d review it carefully, though added “all human life is precious.”
