Quebec government authorizes rebuilding of dike in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac

Quebec Environment Minister Benoit Charrette announced Friday that the municipality of Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac would be getting a new dike, after a breach last month flooded 2,500 homes.
