Breach-of-trust charge dropped against Mark Norman

The Crown stayed a breach-of-trust charge against the former second-in-command of the Canadian military, Vice-Admiral Mark Norman. He was accused of leaking confidential information in 2017, related to the federal government’s $700-million shipbuilding contract. Abigail Bimman reports.
