Volunteer efforts ramp up as floodwaters continue to rise in Quebec

Volunteer efforts are kicking in to high gear in some of the hardest hit flood zones on the West Island, this as forecasters anticipate the worst of the flooding to hit on Friday. As Global’s Billy Shields explains, more volunteers will be needed towards the end of the week.
