Making the decision to place a loved one into a long-term care facility can be gut-wrenching. But when patients allege there have been instances of sexual, verbal and physical abuse it can leave many feeling angry and hopeless. A group of families with loved ones in an Ontario nursing home is so fed up with the quality of care they’re speaking out.
