Rigaud on high alert as streets begin flooding

The Ottawa River is expected to crest in the next few days and the residents of Rigaud are bracing for the impact. As many as 650 homes could be flooded. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, it’s an experience that is all too familiar for many.
