Tuesday is election day in Alberta, with many voters deciding whether NDP leader Rachel Notley gets to remain premier, or if Jason Kenney's United Conservative Party should rule. As Tom Vernon reports, it's been a contentious campaign and already, a record of number of people have cast their ballot.
