Sicamous residents pack meeting to hear plans to save B.C. caribou herds

More than a hundred Shuswap residents packed a meeting in Sicamous to discuss the province’s plan to try and save caribou herds.
Large areas of wilderness would be closed to the public, which would impact logging, recreation and ultimately hundreds of jobs, they say.
