CUSMA, also referred to as NAFTA 2.0, hasn’t been ratified yet, and America’s punishing tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum are still in place. As Jackson Proskow reports, Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland is in Washington hoping to have the tariffs removed, as U.S. President Donald Trump makes new threats against Mexico.
