New Brunswick EMO issues warning as water levels rise

The Nashwaak River has reached the flood stage, and localized flooding is already happening in low-lying areas near Durham Bridge. As Morganne Campbell reports, that’s resulted in a warning of caution from New Brunswick EMO.
