B.C. bid to control Trans Mountain shipments

The battle over the future of the Trans Mountain pipeline is heating up again in the B.C. Court of Appeal, where the province is making a bid in to regulate the transport of oil through the province and restrict bitumen shipments from Alberta. Keith Baldrey reports.
