Cohen says he’s ‘not sure’ if testimony to Congress may reduce sentence

Michael Cohen said Wednesday he was “not sure” if testifying before Congress would reduce his sentence when grilled by a GOP congressman over why he’s testifying, but said if there’s something the House Oversight Committee could do for him to reduce his sentence, he would be accept it.
