Conservative party member Michael Barrett asked Attorney General David Lametti about the limitations of solicitor-client privilege in the SNC-Lavalin case and if his legal opinion will be ready for Jody Wilson-Raybould’s testimony next Tuesday during a justice committee hearing on the topic on Thursday. Lametti responded with “the answer to the question itself is covered by solicitor client privilege.”
