The Canadian government has launched a review into whether internet broadcasters, such as Netflix, should play by the same rules as traditional broadcasters.The proposals include new taxes and forcing Netflix to include more Canadian content. But as Jeff Semple reports, some in the media industry worry the move could back-fire.
