One person is dead and another is in custody following a bizarre series of events that started in Lavington and ended in Vernon. RCMP say the events began to unfold early this morning when they were responding to a violent break and enter and ended with a dead person in a Vernon parking lot. As Kelly Hayes reports, RCMP are not saying if the victim was the homeowner or the burglar.
