Sgt. Paul Gauthier, facing misconduct charges relating to an arrest and release of Bruce McArthur in 2016, has called out Toronto Police Services for making him their “scapegoat.” In a written letter Gauthier says his employer has effectively set him up as the fall guy. Caryn Lieberman reports.
