Just hours after New Jersey Senator Cory Booker announced his 2020 presidential campaign, the White House is already taking aim at the candidate. With reporters today, Counselor Kellyanne Conway compared Booker to a Hallmark card and said his record in the Senate and as mayor of Newark will not be enough to persuade Americans to vote for him.
