Toronto council moves to strengthen building audits

Following the second major displacement of people in St. Jamestown, Toronto city council has made moves to strengthen its existing audit programs of the city’s apartments. Councillor Kristyn Wong-Tam hopes the move will catch problems before they cause housing chaos. Matthew Bingley reports.
