John Bolton’s notes on Venezuela crisis raises eyebrows

During a White House press briefing Monday, national security adviser John Bolton refused to rule out military intervention in Venezuela and held up a note which some people noticed said “5,000 troops to Colombia,” but it remains unclear what the notes meant or if flashing the notes was intentional.
