More hotels are going to the dogs. One is Winston. He tried to make it as a guide dog for the blind, but didn’t quite have the right stuff. Now as Dawna Friesen reports, Winston has found a new job as the new canine ambassador for the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria.
