Wed, Dec 19: A new poll commissioned by Montreal’s Economic Institute suggests that 66 per cent of respondents would rather see Quebec support Alberta oil over imported. The poll also indicates that Quebecers feel that transporting oil via pipeline is safest. But as Global’s Raquel Fletcher explains, Quebec’s premier is not backing down from his position.
