Notley says they had ‘fulsome’ conversation on oilpatch crisis, more focus by federal government needed

Alberta Premier Rachel Notley said Friday that they had had a “fullsome” conversation with the federal government on the oilpatch crisis, but said she was concerned there was not enough focus on it in the government’s presentation on its fiscal update.
