Toronto school board honours student who drowned on field trip to Algonquin Park

The Toronto District School Board paid tribute to one of its students on Friday. Jeremiah Perry drowned while on a field trip to Algonquin Park in 2017. He was one of more than a dozen students who failed a mandatory swim test, but was still allowed to participate. Shallima Maharaj reports.
