Freeland: U.S. steel tariffs could be ‘solved this afternoon’

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland remained optimistic following the signing of the USMCA, saying that the remaining issue overshadowing the deal are U.S.-imposed sanctions on Canadian steel.
