The official death toll from the Camp Fire in Butte County, northern California, rose to 63 on November 15, as the fire spread to more than 140,000 acres, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. This footage shows a Black Hawk helicopter flying over the fire in Butte County while conducting water drops on November 14.
