Medical Centre in Peterborough adds third ultrasound machine

The Greater Peterborough Health Services Foundation has presented the Peterborough Medical Centre with a cheque for $16,000.

The funds will go towards upgrading an ultrasound machine with a new transducer.
It means the health care team can open an additional ultrasound room which will help improve patient care and reduce wait times.

The medical centre provides more than 22,000 ultrasounds annually.
