Camp fire: residents ‘lulled into false sense’ of security by past fires, officials say

Officials with Butte County, California said during a media briefing on Tuesday that residents who stayed behind despite evacuation orders due to the Camp fire, may have been “lulled” by a false sense of security from previous fires.
