In December, the woman convicted of killing 8-year-old Tori Stafford was relocated from a prison in Kitchener to an indigenous healing lodge in Saskatchewan. Outrage over that decision has prompted federal officials to change the rules and put Terri-Lynne McClintic back in prison. Mark Carcasole reports.
