An Oshawa woman who said she had her bank account hijacked and money stolen is angry with Scotiabank for not giving her warning something was wrong. As Sean O’Shea reports, Scotiabank had flagged Charlene Bourne’s account about a suspicion of fraud but didn’t inform her so she could protect herself.
