Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is calling for the 18 Saudi nationals suspected of murdering journalist Jamal Khashoggi to be extradited to Turkey to face charges. In a much-anticipated speech to parliament, Erdogan claimed the murder was pre-meditated and the order must of come “from the top.” Jeff Semple reports.
