Bill Blair says he’s ‘not surprised’ Paul Bernardo had parole denied

Border Security Minister and Organized Crime Reduction Minister Bill Blair, who was also a former Toronto police chief, commented on the denial of parole to convicted murderer and rapist Paul Bernardo on Wednesday saying he was “not surprised” by the decision.
