Fri, Oct 12: Five years after their donation a collection of photos by Annie Leibovitz remain undisplayed at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. The province says they have left negotiations into the settlement to Art Gallery staff and won’t be spending tax dollars to release the famed works. Jeremy Keefe reports.
