Kelowna’s double decker buses gone, leaving longer wait for students

When they arrived in Kelowna more than 16 years ago, double decker buses were seen as the future of the city’s transit system but it appears they didn’t quite fit-in and have been quietly removed and moved to somewhere else. But the move is having an impact on local college and university students. Kelly Hayes reports.
