New Brunswick election: Higgs excited to work with other parties

New Brunswick PC Leader Blaine Higgs said Tuesday he was excited to work with the other parties, saying the public showed they were not happy with Liberal or PC majorities, while also saying he considered himself the “premier-in-waiting.”
