Calgary organization names scholarship after domestic abuse victim

Jordan Guildford, president and founder of Gems for Gems, a non-profit organization that works to end the cycle of domestic abuse, joins Global News Morning to talk about a new scholarship aimed at helping survivors feel empowered. The first scholarship is being named after Nadia El-Dib, a young woman who was killed by her ex-boyfriend.
