A powerful storm sweeps through the Ottawa region, knocking out power to many people across Ontario and Quebec. Among the places hardest hit is the small village of Dunrobin, where a tornado did touch down, according to Environment Canada. Mike Le Couteur is there surveying the damage and Anthony Farnell is tracking the storm.
