Phase two of the multi million dollar wine trail in West Kelowna is nearing completion, but some residents say they're not happy with what they've seen so far. They've pointed out that there are some serious design flaws -- calling it an embarrassment. And as Kelly Hayes reports, at least one city councillor agrees.
