And they’re off! Election battles finalized for 25 Ward Election

The deadline for candidates running for Toronto City Council and school trustee positions has come and gone. The race will see 12 incumbent councillors fighting a fellow incumbent. While the City Clerk gave two extra days for registration, many high profile candidates have opted to drop out. Matthew Bingley reports.
