During his confirmation hearing on Wednesday, Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh was pressed by Sen. Dianne Feinstein about whether he would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. He said the landmark ruling protecting abortion rights, is “an important precedent of the Supreme Court that has been reaffirmed many times.”
