A makeshift memorial of American flags, cars and flowers have appeared outside the A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary in Phoenix, Arizona for Sen. John McCain, who died over the weekend, as residents of the city bid farewell to the U.S. veteran and who many call an “American hero.”
