Men trapped in elevator during Toronto rain storm ‘prayed,’ vowed to get out

Klever Freire and Gabriel Otrin said they are lucky to be alive after they were trapped in an elevator, which was quickly filling with water during the rain storm Tuesday night. Two Toronto police officers arrived on scene in time to pry open the elevator doors and free the trapped men.
