Gun violence in Canada climbs, tougher laws under consideration

Canadians often think about gun violence in the context of the U.S., where the problem is deemed much more serious. But as Ottawa Bureau Chief Mercedes Stephenson explains, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is being urged to consider tougher gun laws in this country.
