Toronto shooter identified as local man Faisal Hussain

A ten year old girl and an 18 year old woman were killed when 29 year old Faisal Hussein opened fire in a lively neighbourhood last night. People — who were supposed to be enjoying a summer evening — were either shot or witnessed the bullets flying. Mike Drolet reports.
